It looks as though our Ottawa Market is up in Residential sales and prices from Last January compared to this January 2018. However the number of Listings is down making it a competitive market again so far this Spring. Homes are selling quickly with more Buyers than Sellers. Buyers need to be prepared and the only way to get informed about listings as they come on the market and to compete is to have a Realtor working for them and to be prepared.
